REGISTRATION FOR THE SERVICE2.1 If you would like to submit an order to the Website to purchase any of the products, listed on the Website, you will need to choose first the item/items that you are interested in. Upon finalizing your order, you will need to proceed to Check-Out for the creation of an account or for Registration purposes.2.2 Our Registration will require personal information such as your complete name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, and contact number(s).2.3 Once you have completed the personal details that are necessary in our Registration, you will be asked to create an account, wherein you will need to provide a username and password. This is compulsory.2.4 Our Check-Out will show your personal account including your chosen item(s) with the corresponding price(s) and shipping costs.2.5 Creating your personal account will provide easy access every time you want to make a purchase through our website. You must ensure the confidentiality and protection of your password. ORDERING AND PAYMENT3.1 As a registered client, you agree that our company shall not be held liable for any price difference between the products via our website and products available from our existing physical stores.3.2 As registered client, you have the option to select products from the different categories for single purchase or bulk purchase.3.3 Once you have selected a Product that you wish to Order, you will then be advised through the Site with the corresponding charges, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and any applicable delivery charges that must be paid and settled prior to its delivery.3.4 All charges are quoted and stated in Philippine Peso unless specifically stipulated on the Site. A separate quotation will be provided to any sales inquiry from another country taking into consideration the foreign exchange rate and other shipment-related charges.3.5 It is the responsibility of the client to verify and confirm the Check-Out after finalizing one’s order of the item(s) from the website.3.6 Inquiries on bulk orders shall be directed to our stores through our Sales Executives or can be e-mailed to [email protected] As a registered client, you have the option to create an account, which will require a personal username and password. This mechanism will ensure easy access to your next transaction.3.8 All sales transactions are considered official if and only if it has been processed through this Site.3.8.1 All potential sales transactions from our company’s existing platforms such Facebook Account, Instagram, and other websites will be referred to, facilitated and honored only through this Site.3.8.2 All sales transactions shall be honored, registered, and closed through this Site.3.9 We process all information about you as our client in accordance with our Privacy Policy.3.10 Payment for online purchases shall be subjected to verification of the Paypal. A confirmation notice will be sent to you once the payment is settled.3.11 Confirmation of order is within 24 hours. Should the client place the order during a weekend, the Confirmation of order shall take place on the succeeding business day—that is, Monday. 4. DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS4.1 All items will be delivered through Air 21. Below are the transit time for your reference:
1 to 3 days – Metro Manila2 to 7 days – Outside Metro Manila5 to 7 days – International
(Note : Items will be delivered after your payment has been credited to our account)4.2 The transit time of the delivery for bulk order will depend on the confirmation and settlement of payment.
5. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CARD AND GIFT CERTIFICATESThe company’s Promotional Discount Cards and Gift Certificates are not valid to purchase products from our Website.
6. DAMAGED ITEM(S) UPON DELIVERY6.1 If the items were delivered with damage (ie, broken, withstain, and with scratch), this incident must be reported within 24 hours.6.2 Photos of the damaged item(s) should be forwarded to our Customer Service Agent through email address: [email protected], within 24 hours.
7. REFUND OF ITEMSRefund of payment is not acceptable.
8.RESELLING8.1 Reselling of item(s), which were purchased from our website, are strictly prohibited. Based on our Intellectual Property Rights registration, you have to secure an official contract with our company to sell the items.8.2 If you are interested to sell the items of Balikbayan Handicrafts, several requirements and procedures should be complied with for evaluation purposes.
